Shipping Address

If you are using a 3rd party to checkout, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, etc. please make sure your address is updated in these apps as the system will automatically default to your saved address.

If you need to change your address after your order has shipped please e-mail us at mihmediahelp@gmail.com so we can file a claim on your behalf and provide you with further information. Please include your 5 or 6 digit order number in the Subject line or provide a screenshot of your order confirmation with the name, email, and address showing.

Returns

Please note, we do not EVER accept returns on seasoning items unless the box or packaging is unopened. Please review our shipping and refund policy for more information.

ShopPay Customers (using discount codes)

We have noticed a lot of our wonderful customers who decide to use ShopPay are having issues with it automatically checking out before being able to select a shipping rate and enter any discount codes.
Unfortunately, there's not much we can do on this side but here are a few options for you:
1. You can opt-out of checking out with ShopPay using this link, You can find the opt-out form here: https://shop.app/pay/phone-optout.
Please Note: If you choose to opt out, you will no longer have access to accelerated check-out unless you opt back in.

2. Checking Out as a Guest:

  • If you want to use Shop Pay but don't want to proceed to checkout without entering a discount code: You can enter your code, then select "Check out as guest" near the bottom of the page.
  • This allows you to manually enter your shipping address and see the rates available .
