Shipping policy


Shipping Process Time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of when you receive your payment confirmation e-mail. After processing occurs, your order will be sent to our distribution center where your order will be shipped from depending on the shipping option that you chose. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as a sale or promotional announcement) shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery and varying weather conditions.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the contact method you entered when purchasing.
*Overnight orders are only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and depend on location and carrier availability.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message via e-mail or phone number depending on the option you chose. You will receive updates as your order moves throughout our shipping process. 
If you checked out through a 3rd party app like Apple Pay or Paypal, your address may have been automatically populated when confirming your purchase.
If you have not updated your address recently, your tracking number may show that it is being shipped to an incorrect address. In the event that your address is incorrect or you left out an apartment/building number we highly recommend you reach out to USPS via their telephone number (1-800-275-8777) or your local post office and ask them if they can update your address before it leaves their facility. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for mistakes made when entering your address and are unable to make any changes once you have pressed the submit button due to security reasons.

Damages:

Mr. Make It Happen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS and file a claim using the link below: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Items needed to fill out the claim form:

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods BEFORE filing a claim. (TAKE PICTURES! USPS will ask for these for proof of damage)
  • Address Needed for the claim:  PO BOX 1723, Chesapeake VA 23327, United States


Once you've submitted a claim, please send the confirmation number to MIHMediaHelp@gmail.com in the following format:
SUBJECT: [First Name, Last Name, Order Number]
BODY: [Issue: Damaged, Lost/Missing, Stolen]

After we receive this information from you we will respond within 3-5 days with the next steps!


International Shipping Policy:

We currently only ship in the United States & Canada.
We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to look for cost-efficient ways for our international clients to experience our products. 


Modification of Shipping Discounts & Customer Agreement

Make It Happen Media, LLC, also known as, “Mr. Make It Happen” (“Company”) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any shipping discount, promotion, or offer displayed on this Website at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, restrictions on the types of shipping methods eligible for discounted or free shipping.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Free Shipping promotions apply only to our standard shipping service. Upgraded or expedited shipping options—including Priority, Express, or Overnight services—are not included in any Free Shipping discount and will be charged at the posted rates.

By applying or using any shipping-related discount code at checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. The Free Shipping offer applies exclusively to standard shipping;

  2. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with selecting expedited or premium shipping methods; and

  3. The Company retains the right to adjust or cancel any shipping discount if it is misused, applied incorrectly, or used in a manner inconsistent with the stated terms.

Continued use of this Website and completion of a purchase using any discount code constitutes the customer’s acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.
